Shipping - Most orders are usually processed within 48 business hours. Ship days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. I  cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by JustSimplyBaby or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance, as Just Simply Baby is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Return and Exchange Policy
Please read Return and Exchange Policy before requesting an RMA number.

You could lose your package! Please read! All items returned MUST have a valid RMA number included in your return package for processing. If a package is received at our warehouse with NO VALID RMA, it will go to the unclaimed bin and given away. You will not be reimbursed, and products will not be shipped back. If your exchange or return is past the 30 days of order date, the return will not be processed, and your package will be given away. *We do offer a 3 day grace period if the mailing stamp date is before your expiration date. It is up to YOU to make sure your return address is up to date on your account. Our return department will send the return to the address provided under your account.


Returns - If you are not satisfied with your diaper purchase, you may return them at any time within 30 days of invoice date. Products returned within 30 days do not have to be new in package, and can be used, washed, etcetera. Any packages received after 30 days of order date will NOT be refunded, so please take shipping time into consideration. Original receipt or original purchaser can only fill out a return form. If a product was purchased as a gift to you, you will need the order number.

Exchange - If you simply wish to exchange a diaper for a different print within 30 days, product must be new, unwashed, and in original wrapping. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. This does not apply to package deals. Package deals are discounted with the purpose of getting rid of the "not so popular prints". Please see product description.

12 month Defect Policy - We believe in our products, and that with proper care they should last! If your diapers start showing wear and tear (snaps breaking, elastic breaking, etc) return it to us and we will either repair or replace the defective product! This guarantee does not cover leaking, odor issues, fading, staining, or repelling. You are solely responsible for knowing how to care for your items purchased. We are not responsible for damage due to poor care. Defect guarantee is no longer valid if caustic substances were used (ie. bleach, softeners, vinegar, temps of 140F or higher). Please be considerate about the condition of your item- it must be clean, stain-free and dry. There will be a $2 per product cleaning fee for any product that must be cleaned prior to re-sell or if it is too dirty to be cleaned (ie. dried poo, obvious odor, pet hair). Please note, our diapers are intended for the use on human babies. Our 12 month warranty is not valid if diapers are used for other intentions.

Other Products -Gently Owned (previously used diapers, sold at a discount) or Final Clearance items will NOT be accepted in returns nor, under any circumstances, will they be refunded. Does not apply to Sale items. Please Note: Diapers will only be considered for returns if washing and care guidelines have been followed. Be sure to read the washing and care instructions that came with your order. All other items are subject to approval of JustSimplyBaby.com. Please, contact us for information on all other returns. Just Simply Baby may approve or decline your request for a refund or exchange with or without reason. Actual shipping costs will not be refunded, this includes orders over $99 that were eligible for free shipping.
