Shipping 
- Most orders received before 11:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 11:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
 
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by JustSimplyBaby or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance, as Just Simply Baby is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Return and Exchange Policy
 
All items returned MUST have an RMA number for processing. To receive an RMA number: Go to your account and view the order of the product you wish to replace. Click "Start New RMA" and follow email instructions.

There are absolutely no exceptions to our 30 and 60 day return/defect policies. Please check all products before this time table expires.

Returns
 - If you are not satisfied with your diaper purchase, you may return them at any time within 30 days of invoice date. Diapers returned in 30 days do not have to be new in package, and can be used, washed, etcetera. Any packages received after 30 days of order date will NOT be refunded, so please take shipping time into consideration.

 
Exchange - If you simply wish to exchange a diaper for a different print within 30 days, product must be new, unwashed, and in original wrapping. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Defect - We guarantee products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 60 days. This guarantee does not cover leaking, odor issues, fading, staining, repelling or everyday wear and tears. You are solely responsible for knowing how to care for your items purchased. We are not responsible for damage due to poor care. Defect guarantee is no longer valid if caustic substances were used (ie. bleach, softeners, vinegar, temps of 140F or higher). Products that prevent the diaper from being functional only are considered for replacements. Such as bad snaps or faulty PUL. Products received within 60 days of purchase date, will be refunded for shipment of faulty diaper cover. Be sure to check for any defects before your 60 days is up, as we will not, for any reason, allow any returns on defective items past 60 days. Please be considerate about the condition of your item- it must be clean, stain-free and dry.  Once product is returned, we will inspect it. If a defect that makes the diaper non-functional is not found, product will be returned at customers expense. If product is truly defective a replacement will be sent. If there are any questions, please send a photo of the defective product to Customer Care.
Other Products - If returning something other than diapers, PLEASE contact us to see if refund is available first. We do not accept detergent returns, as well as a few other items, so please contact us before returning anything other than diapers. If a product is sent for return, and we do not accept it as a return, customer will have to pay shipping to receive the item back.
Hand Me Down diapers (previously used diapers, sold at a discount) or Final Clearance items will NOT be accepted in returns nor, under any circumstances, will they be refunded. Does not apply to Sale items.
Please Note: Diapers will only be considered for returns if washing and care guidelines have been followed. Be sure to read the washing and care instructions that came with your order. All other items are subject to approval of JustSimplyBaby.com. Please, contact us for information on all other returns. Just Simply Baby may approve or decline your request for a refund or exchange with or without reason. Actual shipping costs will not be refunded, this includes orders over $100 that were eligible for free shipping.
